Description
The #19836 adapter converts the larger 3.29-inch rear cell thread on the back of Meade’s 10″, 12″, and 14″ class OTA’s to a male OPTEC-4300 dovetail standard. This allows attachment of Optec’s Gemini Focusing Rotator or TCF-Lynx3 Gen2 3-inch focuser.

Note that most SCT back-focus distance measurements are made from the TOP of the threads. Thus, some adapters can have a negative back-focus consumption or usage when the focuser actually rests below the top of the OTA threads.
